I hope the anti-authoritarian strain is still alive and well in this country. I would trade a fist full of blathering holy fathers,hollering tv evangelists,putative mosiachs, and besmirched pearls of great price for a scattering of Victoria Woodhulls, Robert G. Ingersolls and Mark Twains. If this be anti-catholicism than make the most of it. Please do not equate religious intolerance with racial intolerance. The former is logical while the latter is not.
